I have purchased Sony Xperia Z1 on 25.09.13 and unfortunately i met with and accident on 27.09 and my phone get damaged. I submitted it to Sony service center for replacement on 28.09(because it was under Accident damage protection) They took almost 8 days and gave my phone on 08.09. Now real problem starts,between those 8 days i came across to know that some serial nos (BH905 and some other nos.) of z1 are some display problem (like yellow hue tint issue) i immediately mailed to sonycare and expressed my regards that kindly do not issue me a phone starting serial no.BH905 but they have not even took pain to read my mail and issue me a faulty peace with same serial No.Now i have once again submit the phone to sony centre for replacement and gave them some serial nos who are not faulty. I have talked to one Mr. Hiteshbhai (who is senior executive of sony) and he assured me that we will take care of your concerns and instructed me to give the nos to sony centre they will processed it to further. Now today when i talked to sony centre they are informed me that it will companies decision which serial nos to be issued. Yesterday their executive give me false information and misguided me. No one in sony care about customer (who paid huge 44000.00) Kindly lodge my complain and do needful in my favour. I enclosed herewith all the conversation with sony. Regards Jatin Solanki 7600038357

I want full replacement with box (under DOA Scheme) which they have refused because they said it can possible within 7 days of purchase now logically they gave me phone 7th which was faulty and there is no guarantee they will not issued me a another faulty peace. so that I had only way to up and down to their service centre for replacement after spending nearly half and lacs rupees. So i want full box replacement i ready to give all accessories which comes with the phone. OR I want my money back. I will purchase other brands phone. I fed up with these guys and i have not much time to up and down to their service center
