I have purchase Samsung Galaxy tab 2 From Retailer Shop and Company is offering a Blutooth handset with every purchses of this product. After purchasing production ,I have fallow all instruction to claim the free gift .but till date i haven’t received it . I have make lot of fallow up and complaint but didn’t get any positive response with company . I have also notices their are hundred of customers also facing same issue with them .

i want my free gift and their should be some penalty on company for chitting lot of customer with fake offers.
