Hello SIR my matter is Recently I have purchased samsung galaxy grand from snapdeal (31may2013 evening)but from the day first it was not working properly. So I register my problem with in 7 days(07june2013) to snapdeal and said to them change it but they replied me to go service center and repair it free.while set was allready defective and why should I pay cost of a new set while it is a defective set and also why should I go to service center from the day first?they always said to me reply in 24 to 48 hrs but no satisfied reply.and they are saying to me that they will not replace it not back my money,i also went to service center but also no result else repair.
