Dear Sir, Just one week ago, I bought Samsung Note 2. From, the first day the handset is not working properly as it get heated and the battery discharge suddenly from 99% to 0% . When I contacted Samsung care, they told me that mother board needs to be changed. But, I need my handset to be replace by new handset as it was just a week ago, I had bought why I should accept the repair handset. I didn’t ever thought of such a pathetic service by Global Giant Samsung. Though, I am not able to do my work due to which i am facing serious problem and your service center is again creating intense pressure on me. Please, look into this matter seriously. I need reply urgently.
No, physical damage occurred. Only Service problem is there which might take 2 days. But, due to which they are not agreeing to do that. I want new handset, Though i had purchased it 1 week ago. I am not going to accept that old handset.
