I live in Bangalore.My home town is Sambalpur,Odisha.I newly got a job so I wish to give a surprise gift to my parents and hence bought one Samsung Grand from it’s official store/service center from Bargarh,Odisha which is own by GANPATI ENTERPRISES IN FRONT OF GEORGE HIGH SCHOOL FIELD,WARD NO.8,KHAJURTIKRA BARGARH, ORISSA(owner and the person I talked to is Mr. Siddharth Mishra ph:-+91-8908974370,ph:-+91-7809355555).I do have the transaction no of full payment as AXISI13098047385 (from Debabrata Pradhan a/c-913010009654523 to shree ganesh enerprises a/c-32868395211(SBI current corp accnt)) for INR-14500/- on date 8th Apr 2013.But they have not delivered the phone yet.I dont have the bill too as they told they will provide it with the product.They are not receiving my calls too.I am now clueless about what do I need to do.It’s been over six months and I am really worried about my first salary that I received should not go in vain.I can’t believe such a fraud happens at Samsung registered shop.I am desperate for help.

I lost a lot of call balance for him(literally more than INR 1500),But that is irrelevance I guess.I want my phone or the money;I am okay with any of them now.
