Samsung Poor & Faulty Air Conditioner Not Repaired

I have been suffering a lot in the process of repairing my AC machine which is now out of order from 20/04/2014 and is yet to be repaired. Although the service engineers has visited my home and has tried to repair the same but all in vain and it has only increased my level of frustration and harassment. The first complaint against the faulty AC (Model No – SA-184EWBNXTL, Serial No – A963PZAZB00630D) was first raised on 20/04/2014 (Complaint no – 8430975839) when it was not found that it is not able to Provide any sort of cooling. The initial investigation was done on 22/04/204 and diagnosed that there is a Gas Leak and some corrective action was taken on Condenser and taping was done. Also on 25/04/2014 Gas filling was done. On 26/04/2014 it is found the Problem is all the same and the same case was referred with the help of Service Desk.

On 28/04/2014 – the Engineer visited again and it was diagnosed that Condenser has some issues and it needs to be replaced. On 05/05/2014 the same has been replaced but the Problem was not solved. On 07/05/2014 in further investigation it was told that AC needs to be taken away for checking most probably there is a leakage in inner cell. And till today it is yet to be taken away. Now if you look at the entire flow of incidents it can be said that the problems was never identified and all the actions are more or less probably taken on assumption. Now I can understand that it is a tad difficult to identify the problem in first shot but in 3 times and it is yet to be confirmed that what exactly is happening. I have now been compelled to escalate the issue to higher authority. I have no issues in taking away my AC for repairing but looking at the current situation I request you to arrange for an alternate solution (possibility of a spare unit). Also please ensure us that once it is repaired it will not cause any sort of problem for a considerable amount of time. Hope you solve this problem ASAP. Please let us know for any other details.
