Samsung – poor services and too much face pain about services

Dear Sir, I was bought a samsung handset GTE2202 in month of MAY 9th 2013. After few days handset will start creating problem automatic restart. when i will see the problem in handset i will submitted to service center on dated 13/7/2013 for repair but my problem is not resolve and he also says that your handset mother board spoil but problem is still persist I am very disturbed about it. they always refuse to replace handset even company service center observed handset problem that all service center number is that 9546455202 and Job sheet number is that – 4155980811/4156709322 and EMI number is that – 355175/05/449452/2. I am mentally and physically harassed by company”s poor services and too much face pain about services. kindly take priority action and provide result. kindly help

I want replace my handset as soon as possible please.
