Defect in SAMSUNG FRIDGE MODEL NO.RT45LSTS1 purchased on 22nd February ,2011 from the said firm against their invoice No.15924. The refrigerator is having some inherent defects which M/s Surya Electronics did not attend once the product had reached our home .Now it’s front operating handle has gone off .Neitjer the seller is attending nor their principal though complaint No 8430104006 has been lodged with their customer support center at phone number 020-30308282/2.

Surya Electronics and Samsung Corporation must be brought to book for their treacherous business and their lack of customer care.
