Samsung Printer – Dealer false/inaccurate representation

I had purchased printer Printer Model CLX-3305W/XIP from RR Systems, Nehru Place, New Delhi on 11.03.2014 for Rs. 29,900/-. Since we are in the business of designing, while purchasing this printer I had inquired from the dealer the number of color photo pages the printer would print and it was told to me that it would be 1000 color pages So I purchased it on the word of the dealer However to my shock, while taking print outs I could only print around 80 color print outs. I took this printer to the Samsung repair center in Okhla, where they said they cannot help in this matter and asked me to contact dealer again. Hassled by non response I again visited the dealer who said that he cannot help and was non cooperative. Troubled running from dealer to service center, wasting my company’s valuable hours, incurring financial loss of not able to get color prints outs, I had registered this complaint with Jago Grahak Jago and my complaint number is 510185. Therefore I request you to help me get refund for this printer as false/inaccurate representation were made by Samsung dealer and wrong information printed in the brochure resulted in a time, energy and monetary loss to me and my organization. Since the printer is kept in packed constitutions and does not fulfill the purpose that it was purchased. Therefore – Return of Printer, Refund of Money Rs. 29,900/-. and a damage charges of Rs. Rs. 29,900/-. similar amount for loss of time and blockage of money
