Samsung – problems with the device poor service by centre

I purchased mobile phone on december 11th,2013.i paid 18000 rs for it. since then i have problems with the device. the screen starts predicting icons automatically and chooses options that i didnt want.I approached samsung service centre for repair, they installed the software again. but the problem still persists, i called them again and they are asking me to visit the service centre again to re-install the software. i requested them to replace the device, for which they dis agreed.

I am a student in IIT Bombay, i purchased the mobile so that i can use internet for educational purposes, but due to the device problem i am unable to do so.i Purchased the mobile by saving many months stipend money, i cannot buy a new mobile. now the device problem is depressing me

i want them to replace my mobile with a new device which works properly
