We bought Samsung Home Theatre System HT-E6750W (S/N ZWKY12DC900057H) on 27 july from AMBA AIRCOOL (A-29, Main Najafgarh Road, Uttam Nagar. Delhi).. I locked call on 28 july for installation and by 29 July company engineer visited to us for installation but blue-ray player was not accepting any Disk, on company request we agree to open player to clear lens but when engineer opened it we found lots of dust are there, player fan is loaded with dust, engineer cleaned lens but player was not accepting any disk… product is used and not in working condition. So now my concern is why samsung sold me used & non working product. I want replacement of my blu-ray player from samsung, i have contacted to samsung customer care lots of time but they are giving some predefined messages that they will short out this issue, higher end promised to short this issue by 30 july evening but its 31st morning and still nothing As a consumer i am feeling cheated we want our blu ray player to be replace. My Samsung complaint ticket ID is – 8447689371 please help me.
