Shopkeeper has promoted his product Samsung Laptop by giving a false promotion offer. Offer says upon registration of product serial number on Samsung website I would get a Rs 7000/- discount coupon using which I can purchase a Samsung Tablet. Samsung declined the offer saying incorrect serial number saying as if it is not a Samsung product. Serial number on the Laptop and Laptop Package are different. Neither Shopkeeper did not provided the serial number on the invoice against the cash purchase of Laptop. When I approached Samsung call center they replayed there is nothing to do with this anymore. Please do the justice in providing the discount coupon offer as promised by the shopkeeper.
