Samsung refigerator – faulty vegitable tray poor response

We purchaced a samsung double door refigerator on 30th december 2013.On unpacking it the next day(as it was deleverd late in the eveining)we found that the vegitable tray at the bottom was not in place.so we complained to the dealer and he asked us to complain to the service center(09947008xxx) .We made a complaint on the same day and they sent a person over and he took some photos and went back saying that it would be replaced.But after a few days they called saying that it would be chargeable for the tray.I agreed to it.but there was no action from thier side.now after reapted calls and complaing to the samsung customer care who gave my compliant no.as 4171125086 they called last week saying that they would replace it soon but then i would have to pay for thier transportation too.I have agreed to that too.But till today they are just playing the fool to me.I and my husband are living alone.He is bedridden and i an 68 years old with my own health issues.they are taking advantage of our problems.Please help me out

I want them to replace the tray as soon as possible or replace the refrigerator
