My samsung Custom?er ID:8464817?690 Complaint#?:417442873?3 I have my 5 star rated samsung refrigerator having compressor warranty of 5 Years. Last 22.5.2014 i register samsung customer care reported my problem for compressor and not cooling at all,. after several attempt, there local service agent (kollam 8086309xxx)collected the fridge and return back after 10 days and collectecd ts 3,000/= without fixing. Since then i followup to fix the refrigerator but not rcvd any service. I filed my complaint to customer care and finally samsung CEO office. Attached teh email sent to them.

Need to get it fix my refrigerator and need to get payment for the foodstuff i got damaged last 50 days.
