Samsung Refrigerator – Customer Service

On 18th June 2016 & got a call from Mr. Muneesh kumar on 20th June 2016 at 12.35pm who took me into a conference call with your Authorized Service Centre Representative Mr. Sanjay (+91 8425867270) & it was told by him that it is a product fault & the customer is not at fault. After the conference call with Mr. Sanjay, Mr. Muneesh assured me that I don’t have to pay a single paisa and the entire door will be replaced free of cost. He also assured that he will try his best to get this issue resolved ASAP. I do have a copy of the recording of the Conference call which can be represented as and when required After some days on 6th July 2016 at 4.22pm I got a call from your Representative Mr. Lovekesh Rajput along with a couple of calls who again called on 15th July 2016 at 10.14am that I will have to bear 50% of the cost of the Refrigerator door. I received his mail confirming that Samsung will give discount of 50% on 22nd August 2016 that too after my repeated calls to him since 15th July 2016

I want my entire front door panel to be replaced with a new one along with the door handle.
