Samsung Refrigerator – Faulty plastic part problem

Purchased a Double Door Refrigerator (RT39FDAGASL) on 04/06/2013 ( still under warranty). Right from the day of installation, I am facing with the plastic vegetable box in the refrigerator. It always tilts on one side whenever it is drawn out. It does not slide back properly in its place. I had lodged a complaint with the Customer Care earlier, & after lot of persuasion & insistence, the authorized service centre here replaced the said defective part. But the problem is still there even in the new vegetable box. Again I lodged a complaint & the service engineer have visited my home. On inspection, they also agreed that the defect is indeed there. They have clicked some photographs of the faulty portion. I have written a letter to them requesting them to replace my refrigerator.I have since, taken up the matter with Samsung various authorities, but they are saying that it is not a structural problem, but a plastic part problem which is not covered under warranty.

Want the refrigerator to be replaced. I am even ready to go for a better & higher priced model by paying the difference amount.
