Dear Sir/Ma’am, I had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator (280 ltr), model no. RT29BDPR, serial no. 200733 from JP Electronics, 121 Vivekanand Marg, Allahabad (Ph: 0532-2400130) in the name of Mrs. Snigdha Raha, on 24-05-2011, for a price of INR 20800/- (Bill no. 0000156) My refrigerator has stopped cooling since 20-08-2013. I have contacted Samsung customer care 5 times but Samsung customer care executives are either highly bureaucratic or are not competent enough to understand the problem, because their behaviour clearly indicates their lack of interest in customer grievance handling. I am fed up of explaining my problem to these many people at Samsung. Does a costly fridge like this have a life of only 2 years? If not, then why is nobody at Samsung responding to my grievance? I have no other option but to approach the honorable ministry of consumer affairs and seek intervention and justice.
