I have purchased a samsung fridge before 10-11 months & now i am facing bubble problem at body, 2 times visit has been done by executives & every time they confirm to replace or repair the same with in a week or two week. But after so many reminder they are not showing interest to resolve my problem. I have talked him over the phone, also with mail him but every time they say that we will resolve it ASAP. Kindly look & help to resolve it asap, because after 2 months it will be out of warranty.
I only want to satisfaction. I am not saying to replace the product but as a super brand they should give me satisfactory answer & resolve my problem.
