I was contacted by Mr.Uday (Ph No: 8125489xxx, KPHB Colony Representative)and he collected the 3 month subscription fee of Rs.1685 and promised the connection with in 24 Hours and at much worse case will take 48 Hours and now its been 15 days and I still do not have the connection. He asked me to contact Mr. Raghuram Pasupuleti (Ph No: 9652330xxx), who again promised the connection will be done on the same day I called him and now its been 5 days since, and there is no connection yet. So, scared about the worst service, I have asked them to cancel my subscription and return back the money I payed and now, both of them are not picking up the calls. I tried to contact the Nodal officer but, the email bounced back with mailbox Quota exceeded error.

Money returned back and a lesson to such Service providers so, they provide service with seriousness and communicate with customers instead of hanging up or not picking their calls after they pay for the service.
