Sir for the last 7 days my fridge is not working. After repeated complains and repeated calls to the service centre and the Samsung company, the fridge is still in the same situation.Its still under warranty however they are least bothered about it.A person named saurav , called me from the CEO’s desk and told me that he will call me in an hour, however that was also a bluff.
