Samsung Refrigerator was not repaired by the service centre and visiting fees Charged

Dear Sir, I had registered my complain no. 8452518906 dated 14-04-2013 in samsung customer care centre lucknow (180030008282), India. The complain was regarding the cooling problem of my double door refrigerator (RT28RVMS1/XTL). The service engineer visited my house and found the current in my refrigerator was 0.1 A and inferred that the refrigerant had leaked or there is a blockage and advised to send the refrigerator to the service centre for which he charged Rs. 619. The refrigerator was sent to service centre on 16-04-2013 and was returned on the evening of 17-04-2013. It was told to me that the refrigerant was refilled and the fan motor was changed. Although when I used it for one day it was found that the cooling was as it is and no improvement was there in the cooling. I complained for this problem five times in the samsung customer care but no action has been taken till now. I also observed that the piping near the compressor was not changed at all and there were copper rust (green) existing on the pipe line and was in the same condition as before, also there were no signs of any welding that shows that the gas is not filled at all. Kindly take the action against such forgery and misconduct from service centre.
