Samsung Refrigerator – Water Leakage Review

Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased the samsung refrigerator before 4 months and this is the third time in 4 months i have lodged the complain for the same. i have register a complain before 15 days and till date the same has not been attended and now i have received the call that it will be attended by Saturday. so i do not understand that does it take the 15 days to attend the complain. my complain no is 8463060xxx. i have purchased the refrigerator before the 4 months and it is not working properly. if within the the time span of 4 months i have to repair the same i do not want ot repair the same. i want to return the product and want my money back. waiting for your reply and quick action in this matter i have called the customer care for more than 3 -4 times and watch time i got the reply it will be attended shortly. if the fridge needs to be repaired than i do not want the same and i want to return the same and want the money back.

If the fridge needs to be repaired than i do not want to repair the same as it has just 4 months and if in the time span of just four months if it needs repairing then i want to return the same and want the money back.
