we purchased the refrigerator in 2012 model number RT45LSPNI. a complaint was registered as the cooling went away. this complaint was responded after a week on 18-6-13. after that the same problem occurred and the complaint was not responded at all. the third complaint was registered on 27-7-13(complaint no. 8454616628). the technician came for the service on 2-8-13. now a fourth complaint has been registered on 7-8-13 (complaint no 8454616628). in all cases a request has been sent to HO at Noida for urgent repairing.

the cooling system goes away. all eatables have to be thrown away as the technician does not arrive immediately.in the first service the censor was changed by technician. but again the cooling went away.but after that there have been 3 more complaints with the same problem
