i have a fixed deposit (fdr no-c/7/400190) of rs. 100000 value at maturity rs.150000. with the company which matured in 27/05/2005. but due to ill health of company they proposed to pay the proceeds in installments. i received the 2nd installmentof maturity proceeds through chuque amounting rs 25000 dt-17/03/2006 bearing chq no-835509. further on enquiry i got to know that my first int. cheque of rs.25000 has been despatched to me and already been encashed. but to my surprise i have neither received nor encashed the same. i have written many a times to the company in this regard but all in vain as i havn’t received any proper reply. further, i am still to receive all my maturity proceeds as due with the company. every time i make a query regarding my deposits nobody at the company responds with a proper reply.

i want you to enquire and help me get my 1st insatllment cheque. and the remaining proceeds therto for which i shall be thyankful to you.
