I bought a Samsung SmartPhone (Samsung Galaxy Core) on 15th Aug, 2013 with a warranty of one year. I bought it for Rs. 12,600. Now, from last week my phone suddenly stopped charging. I brought it to Samsung Service Center and they guys found that few IC on motherboard got sort. Now, they guys are telling me that it can’t be replaced under warranty and I will have to pay approx. 11,774 amount. When I am using all the Samsung proprieted accessories then the repair should be done free of cost and company should pay it as it is not a manual fault. Also, if the issue is caused by overcharging then atfirst battery should be affected but it is working fine. Please help in getting my phone repaired. Request No:-4177978723
