Samsung Tab 3 Faulty Item – No Customer Care

I have purchased samsung tab3, model SM-T311, with serial number/IMEI: RF1DB6LHFCB (359846050100943), on 9th January 2014, from SSK PVT LTD, PUNE. But it was faulty item, now seller & company said they will not replace my faulty tab with new one. customer care service not responding to my request, in this way they put me in trouble and exploit me. since i’m a student, i lost my valuable time also.

Above mention item now in dead condition, and even after repairing it will not be as good as it was earlier. I have suffer economic and physical loss in the form of money, time, psychological stress etc.

I Want new tab(SM-T311) and apology letter from Samsung.
