Nokia Lumia 820 Problems – No Customer Service

I have purchased a Lumia 820 handset in July 2013 after a month the phone was over heating and battery drain was very fast. I lodged a complaint my handset was diagnosed and i was informed that its a polymer plastic shell it will have charging coil so the phone is heating and i was asked not to use 3G network as it is the reason,for battery drain. When i further escalated for 5 months one person by name Prashant called me and promised that he will arrange a handset swap for me with a advanced and better handset then Lumia 820 now when am trying to contact nokia for the same nokia is giving deaf ears for my mails.

I want nokia to be on the commitment made by there representative and arrange a handset swap with advanced and better phone as promised asap.
