I submitted documents for porting of Tata Indicom number 9210563873 on 11-01-2014 on mts store jahangirpuri delhi 110033 .my upc related to this is-td519499 generated on 10-01-2014 valid till 25-01-2014.today 22-01-2014 it has not ported. I have sent mail to customer care of MTS India but no response has come thus far.

I demand a Ministry of Communications Investigation in this matter and report to me causes behind this & compensate me for this problem as a consumer I have every right.
