I have bought a Samsung LCD model 32RD is Rs. 49800/- in Dec 2007. The chanel panel of the TV is not working. I have talked with the Samsung care they are saying this part is not available in India as this model is stopped. And asking me to take my LCD back in Rs. 5000/- only.

I need a LCD against my LCD nothing else. I cant give the 50K LCD in just Rs. 5K. I cant buy another in Rs. 5K at all. If they are stopped the product then they should not stop the spares of the product soon. This is not possible. Hence I request you to please help me out and solve my compliant.
