I had purchased videocon connection having no 7047713xxx with a recharge of 199 in which i got rs 199 as main account balance and 1 gb of internet data .But when i started internet and used about 18 mb of data i got a sms that i was charged rs 187 against internet usage of 18 mb.even i have a valid data pack of 1 gb instead of charging from that company had charged me from my main account balance which is not suppose to be done.And when i complain about same to the customer care they are not responding with genuine reason.so i would like to file complain about my wrong balance deduction.

I just want my deducted balance added back to my no that is 7047713xxx
