Samsung TV – Parts not available refuse warranty

Files a Samsung customer complaint on 22nd Dec (complaint number is 844894xxx). After multiple follow up and 5 days later they sent 1 service technician, who said that our less than 3 month old TV needs 2 different parts to be replace, the parts are not available and we will be informed once they are available. That was 8 days ago. They are refusing to replace the tv saying that it is electronic item and they cant give warranty! I have files a complaint with almost every email id that i could find online and called the customer service multiple times and nothing is being done at all.

The television was bought for 55000 INR. I cannot being to describe the kind of planning we made as a family to afford buying this TV.
