Dear Sir, I have purchase a washing machine from Samsung dealer KABIR ELECTRONICS,MOHALI on 03.03.2013 via bill number KEV-3144 ,but from the date of purchase its not working.Despite repeated complaints through their call centre Ref NO. 8431205437 no one is ready to hear my complaint.They send their service engineers and all the personnel so far failed to satisfy our problem while some claim the machine to be ok and some claim that it is defected.
Machine is not working properly as per advertised by the manufacturer. it has torn down number of our clothes and given rashes on other clothes. so a great loss of monetary damage so far.
Refund of my amount with a penalty due to mental harrasment and wastage of time since purchase.
