Our fully automatic machine is technically down since a long time. Service center engineers are telling us that they can’t help because they don’t have parts for this model of washing machine. So according to them, we should use Samsung products for few years then dispose them because of unavailability of service. It’s their responsibility to arrange parts for us from wherever they have to,if they’re having a service centre in a city. If they would have told me that they don’t have a centre in Deoria, I wouldn’t have further chased them. I’m highly disappointed by such response and finally looking for some help if you can.

I need you to sue these people for fooling us around. These are just lame excuses they’ve been giving us to save their labour
