Samsung,Complain for supplying defective mobile

SIR/MADAMT On 04.06.2013 purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY STAR S5282 mobile phone from M/s CELL ZONE , 7/2b,HAZRA ROAD, KOLKATA – 700 026 VIDE INVOICE NO.0488 DTD 04.06.2013. AS SOON AS WE STARTED USING MOBILE IT SHOWING NETWORK PROBLEM SO WE APPROACHED CELLZONE WITH PROBLEM AND HE HAS TAKEN PHONE FROM US ON 11 TH JUNE 2013. TILL DATE WE HAVE NOT RECIVED AND ALSO NOT READY GET REPAIRED ONE AS HE HAS GIVEN TO SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE WHERE THEY HAVE REPLACED MOTHER BOARD AS IT WAS DEFECTIVE. MY REGULAR REQUEST TO CELL ZONE AND SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY ARE NOT NOT WILLING TO REPLACE AS WELL AS REFUND OUR MONEY. THIS IS ALREADY ONE MONTH PASSED THIS PEOPLE ARE HARRASING AFTER TAKING FULL MONEY FROM ME AND SUPPLIED SUBSTANDARD DEFECTIVE MATERIAL TO ME. I REQUEST FOR PROPER ACTION INITIATED FOR MENTAL AGONY TO ME. SAMSUNG REFERENCE NO. IS 4154068479

REQUEST FOR ENTIRE REFUND OF RS.5200/ SINCE ONE MONTH UNABLE TO USE MOBILE SINCE ONE MONTH REGUALR VISIT TO CELLZONE AND CONTACTING SAMSUNG.

I REQUIRED FOLLOWING RELIEF FROM THEM 1. ENTIRE REFUND OF RS 5200 /- PAID TO THEM 2. I WOULD REQUEST RECORD OF COMPLAIN THEY RECIVED AND THEIR SOLUTION THEY ARE PROVIDEING TO CONSUMERS. AS I HAVE DONE DEALING WITH THEM WHERE I AM FINDING THEY ARE IMPORTING SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT AND DUMPING IN INDIA FOR WHICH OUR INDIAN CONSUMERS HARD EARNED MONEY THEY ARE CHEATING. 3. I REQUEST FOR RS 25000/- CMPENTATION FOR MENTAL TORTURE THEY HAVE DONE BY CONTINIOUSLY FORCING ME TO ACCEPT SUBSTANDARD ,DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND ALSO FOR LAST ONE MONTH THEY HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING FOR SAME.
