i have given my product(sandwich maker)is in warranty period, i have given it to the service centre for repair of lock (use for changing plates) but it is not yet delivered to me..more than 1 month has been elapsed since i have given it to them, neither they are replacing my product nor they are repairing it.i have contacted & enquired them several times from last 1 month about my product but they simply go blank, their response is very unproper..

my sandwich maker is plate changeable model, it’s lock gots losse so i took it to the service centre to repair it ( not repaired till now)..althogh during the meantime they once repaired it wrongly making the changeable plates fixed which makes my product more damaged.. in simple word problem was of loose lock.

i want my product to be repaired or replaced whatsoever is possible as early as soon.
