I have purchased an ‘Orpat OMGST-1037 Sandwich Maker’ from snapdeal (order id 858270423) on 27th January. But it not even worked for a single time. When plugged for the first time is was sparked and fused just like that!!!!! Tried contacting orpat & snapdeal helpdesk but didn’t find any positive response. Have repaired it somehow and now again for the 2nd use the entire body got damaged with a spark. Its a worst thing a company can manufacture! Hated orpat for such product. The product is still under warranty but is not getting serviced because there is no service centre available in “Bijnor” (U.P.) Could you please respond to this complaint and repair/replace such a useless and faulty product. Thanks.
