Sansui washing machine – No service provided after 6 days of buying the product.

I bought a sansui washing machine from a near by store “Next” on 13th October 2013. I wasn’t able to fit the water inlet pipe and hence asked the dealer person to send a technician. He lodged a complain on Monday. No technician has visited me yet and on 17th i get a call from there technician that he can only come in the afternoon in spite of the fact that I told them that I will only be available in the evening after 6. The technician simply refused to come and the lady, Ms sunita at the service center lied to me by telling me that she will send someone. I left my office early so that I can reach home by 6 but no technician has come.

I want you to take action against Sansui and fine them for not giving their customers the treatment that they deserve.
