Sars Health – Fraud Alert – Consumer Review

I took a health plan for Sars Health on 22nd June’16. I was told that I’ll get a list of health benefits which included free health check ups and some check up equipments and most importantly a membership card which will cover all the medical expenses paid for OPD at any hospitals, including local clinic. I was told that 4 of my family members will be covered in this cashless plan and a membership card will be sent after 2 months. After 1 month some reimbursement vouchers were couriered to me through which I can get all the charges paid by me during hospital visits. There is no acknowledgement, no contact number where we can contact.

I have made several calls to the company but, they diverted there customer service number to some local person in Punjab. I have registered several complaints with them via email, but no response from them. I was also told that of I’m not satisfied with the service I can get the refund of the amount paid by me , but the company is smart enough, you can see the homepage of company at cancellation policy by this link http://sarshealth.org.in/?page_id=48. I have realised that it is a fraud company and they are just duping people. I made a payment of Rs.5990 by credit card and my friends also took this plan, since the company I saying that, I will get 10% money back, for every 1 new member. Two of my friend also took the plan, but neither does they received any kit nor does I receive any money back. Would you please help me in getting the refund amount

Amount paid as premium and loss of trust among friends, since there amount is blocked and they purchased this on this reason that I purchased this plan. I demand Full amount paid by me and my friends as refund with penal action against company.
