bank debiting amount without withdrawing cash from atm. i tried 3 times to withdraw rs.10000 from sbbj jalori gate, jodhpur branch ,and could not get cash , but bank debitted my account with rs.30000 on 16-01-2014.i gave written complaint to bank. copy of compaint attached herewith.
