On 26-Dec-2013,I transferred Rs. 158.50/- from my online SBI account(account no:20153559011) to my BOB account(account no:3197942044308) via NEFT (SBIN413360870966).Amount deducted from my account but not credited to BOB account.I filed a complaint to customer care of SBI(Complaint no:PT9992210897253).My grievances were not resolved.I called them again,they asked me to send details of transaction to email id(neft@sbi.co.in).I sent, still no grievances resolved.Now they are saying me to go to the branch of SBI.

I want my 158.50 Rs to be credited to my BOB account.And if in this meantime because of SBI, penalty is charged from my BOB account due to lower limit balance,then SBI should be responsible for my reimbursement.
