My ATM Card was somehow changed without my noticing it, and then entire amount of 84,000 INR was withdrawn by Shopping at different places. An FIR was done but to this date nothing has been done. Im a middle class person, who worked as an assistant teached now retired since July 2011. My husband has survived a Brain Haemorrhage. Kindly Help me
