SnapDeal – Deliver Damage and differant brand Product

My self Darshan Khacharia order a body massager through snapdeal online shoping service few days ago. Yhey deliver me product also. But when i open packing of product it had found total damage and product brand also differant. Than i call his 24 hrs help service. They send me mail for replace product.I fill his form and attach photocopy of damage product with its packing. Now they not doing any process for replace product and only says that his team will context me. They says same answer since last 4 days.My order no 1518102301 and Awb no 59188671474. I had paid Rs 674 for this damage product.

I want changed my product or refund my money.
