I tried to withdraw sum of Rs. 1500 from SBI ATM, M G Road DMRC metro station, But the transaction was not successful.The sum got deducted from my account but ATM did not paid the sum. After this I lodged a complain regarding this to CC of SBI with ref AT35847810752. They closed this complain without any settlement. They told me that ATM has delivered that cash but that was not the case. So please look into this case.

I want immediate settlement of this claim along with apt compensation.
