I would like to bring it to your kind attention that yesterday i have gone to the jewellery shop – khadim khazana, 24 parganas, and while after purchasing i have given my above debit card to the shop keeper to debit the amount – rs.18555/- but while doing so, my above card was shown as “invalid” and the proposed purchase could not be completed.

I am very much surprised to receive a ‘sms’ from your bank, stating that a amount of rs.18555/- has been debited from my above account in connection with the purchase made by me through transaction number – 329114330510 and pos no.23063551 which is not the case. Since the above transaction was shown as invalid in the khadim khazana shope, i could not complete the above transaction.

In view of the above, you are requested to look into the matter and arrange to credit the above amount to my above account and oblige.
