Sir/ Madam, I got a call from bangalore stating that you are a frequent user of IRCTC and as a privilege customer we are offering you a SBI IRCTC card without any Income proof. I submitted the address proof and my pan card copy to SBI Representative Mr Babu Mobile No 9884985908. When I called SBI customer service today , they are saying your card is declined. And for this I want to Know why the persons called me from bangalore and wasted my time. And I want to know on what basis they have rejected my application though they did’nt asked me for income proof. Kindly do the needful. Regards, Anirudh Subramanian
