Dear Sir, I had deposited My wife’s LIC premium through SBI Check no 938102 dt 10 Apr 2012 against Policy no 1009220067 to LIC office Dimapur ( Nagaland ) . LIC India submitted the same for encasement at Dimapur Branch But SBI DIMAPUR Returned back to same without encase with a remark ‘INSUFFICIENT ‘ Even though sufficient balance was there in account . Being Bank’s negligancy I my wife is without insurance as on date as per LIC reply the Policy had been lapsed in want of premium. I will request your kind honor to write a complaint against SBI Dimapur with compensation of Rs. 100000/- Thanks
