Orchid Hotel – poor service

We purchased a Platinum card membership (2000110365) at Orchid Hotel as they promised us various services for our first night after our wedding. Not only did they not give us the things they promised, they actually made us call them repeatedly for the basics. The room had half eaten packets and dirty linen. They were supposed to keep a bottle of wine before we entered our room. We had to call them repeatedly to get it. We were supposed to get a bottle of Black Label at a discounted price. We informed them while booking. Our friends came over and when we ordered for the bottle, they said they we out of stock. We ordered for a cake and told them specifically it can’t be chocolate. After 4-5 reminders, they finally delivered a cake and it was chocolate.

I want my money of the membership back or provided the services they actually promised.
