My Tikona account is 1106875406. Tikona’s salesman sold me their connection at a cost of Rs. 2300 initial and 999 rental wherein I was promised that the initial fee of 2300 includes 2 months rental. Hence, I was suppose to pay 999 after 2 months. I bought this connection with this plan back in July 2012 however, their connection did not work for me for even a day. There were continues problems, I spoke with their tech team but it still dint work. As per their 15 days refund policy, I asked them to cancel my services after 10 days of setup as they never worked for me and refund my money. They kept on trying to retain me but I clearly asked them to cancel it. They said it will be cancelled within a week but instead of cancelling it, they sent a guy at my home for repairing the modem. He tried replacing the modem, it dint work & he found that the issue was from their back end and got it fixed somehow. But that fix only made internet work in a way that it used to work for 2 hours & then stop for 15-20 minutes. It was totally intermittent & worked like that for 2 weeks but it started getting the same issue again. Moreover, they sent me a bill the very 2nd month which I was not supposed to pay according to the deal. I got angry with this fraud and contacted their zonal officer (S. Nair), he assured me that they will cancel the services. Within the 2nd month I replaced tikona with airtel but they kept on incurring the tikona bill & did not cancel my subscription from their end.
I really want them to close my account. I don’t want to pay them even a penny. I don’t even need my money back. They are fraud so they will suffer with loss in business. I just want them not to call me for money ever and close my account for ever.
