I was reserved to travel in train no-05968 on 14-10-2013 from Namrup to Rangiya. I had reserved my ticket through irctc.co.in and my PNR no was-6223960112. But to my horror the train was cancelled without any information. As a result I and my wife had to travel in General Tickets in another train to Guwahati from where we reached our destination facing great hardship.Also I found out that my fare was not refunded. When I contacted Customercare, I was informed that the time of filing TDR has elapsed. As the train was cancelled my Indian Railway authority without any inimation, the responsibility of passengers lies with the railways.

Complete refund of fares with a compensation of Rs 20000/-per person for mental and physical harassment.
