Sir, I have filed this complain twice but still I don’t got any solution. It was about a transaction of Rs.1000 done with Paytm on 15-01-2016.And after that I have cancelled the transaction (I’m sending you the screenshot of the wallet statement page with the CC Transaction no.) Paytm said that they have refunded the amount and contact your bank for further information and when I raised this issue and filed complaint against this issue, after 10-15 days SBI card has replied me with a SMS that your complaint has been resolved without giving any solution.After that I have again raised this but again same SMS that they resolved the complain without giving any solution. Sir, Paytm says that they have refunded the amount and SBI Card says that they have resolved the issue,and I haven’t received the amount now I just want to that where has my Rs.1000 gone.

I want SBI Card to credit my 1000 Rs and also provide a answer that how come SBI doesn’t know that where my money had gone when you are operating at a national scale.
